About this Event
Presented by Lehigh@NasdaqCenter and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Women in Technology and Innovation is a 7-week seminar course for Lehigh students with an accompanying guest speaker series hosted by Samantha Walravens that is free and open to alumni and friends of the University. The series looks at the transformative role women play in promoting prosperity and human progress through technology and innovation. We shine a light on the remarkable women who are building companies and technologies that transform the way we live and work, and the challenges that women in tech continue to face, including sexism, gender discrimination, unconscious bias, impostor syndrome, and more.
Join us for a conversation with Melinda Briana Epler, Founder & CEO, Change Catalyst, Jeremy Sussman, Senior Product Manager, Google, and and Tom Gillis, Senior VP and General Manager, VMWare to discover what it means to be an ally to women and other underrepresented populations in tech.
