The programs:

• Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute Summer Scholars Program (CRISSP) is a 10-week internship designed to inspire undergraduate students to pursue careers in pediatric research and academic medicine through training in theoretical knowledge and research.
• Advancing Representation in Research Administration  (ARRA) Program introduces diverse undergraduate students and recent graduates to exciting and rewarding careers in research administration.
