This event is to bring awareness and provide information on the current situation/conflict between Cambodia and Thailand. Resulting in multiple casualties and displacement, both sides point blame at each other for stirring up and causing the conflict first. However, the conflict between borders goes beyond generations, as both countries haven’t seen eye to eye on most challenges. TLCA, the Lehigh aKDPhi Interest Group, and Phi Sigma Chi planned for Lehigh's very own Dr. Nicola Tannenbaum, specialized in southeast Asian studies, to discuss the history between the two countries, current events, how this conflict affects us, and what we can do to support those affected.
