Have you ever thought about your approach to eating or how your experience of food might change in college? Join the CGE for a discussion of mindful eating practices. We'll discuss our own experiences with developing healthier eating habits and introduce the practice of mindful eating, which focuses on being present while eating and bringing all your senses to your meal. This event is an Identity Development 5x10.
