Where? Stabler Observation Tower, Iacocca Hall (111 Research Drive)

Fill out the RSVP form to secure your spot today!! Open to all Lehigh students, faculty & staff.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle, if you have one, and a small journal or notebook for optional reflection time after class. A limited number of yoga mats and water bottles will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Healthy snacks will also be provided after class!
