As part of the upcoming ACS Fall 2026 conference to be held at Chicago, there will be a special symposium “Wetting & Adhesion: A Symposium in Honor of the Career of Prof. Manoj K. Chaudhury”

This half day symposium honors Prof. Manoj K. Chaudhury’s contributions to the diverse phenomena that occur at soft interfaces, including wetting, adhesion, friction and instabilities and recognizes his pioneering contributions that has shaped modern colloid and interface science while inspiring generations of researchers worldwide. This session will feature collective reflections on Prof. Chaudhury’s scientific journey and invited talks from distinguished researchers
