This workshop is for faculty and those postdocs who aspire to the professoriate.
The program uses interactive theater grounded in the science of witnessing and responding to bias in the workplace. Participants are bystanders to these moments and will interact with the characters to strengthen strategies for responding to bias.

All faculty are strongly encouraged to attend, postdocs- especially those aspiring to the professoriate are also welcome. RSVP by February 15 using http://go.lehigh.edu/speakup

Event is February 29, 12:00-3:30, in HST 3rd Floor,  Lunch is included. 

Past attendees agree/strongly agree:

• I feel better prepared to engage in conversations about reducing bias on our campus, ~97%.
• I am more likely to speak up using one or more of the strategies provided at the workshop, ~90%.
• I believe there are other people on campus who agree that speaking up to bias is acceptable., ~95%.
