Raise Your Voice is an event Lehigh's treble choir Dolce hosts yearly to celebrate gender equity and individuals from all walks of life. It recognizes that all genders and identities face different obstacles, but that when all members of a community work to lift each other up, we can make a difference. Our goal this year is to use our talents as artists to support individuals worldwide who are fighting for their education, self-expression, and the betterment of their communities, which is why we will be raising money for Women’s Way this year. Women’s Way is the Greater Philadelphia region’s leading nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of women, girls, and gender and racial equity. Their mission is to achieve “gender equity by building collective power to disrupt oppressive systems and strengthen alternative models centered in love, dignity, and liberation.”
