NSLS Induction Ceremony
The NSLS Induction Ceremony is a formal event that recognizes members who have completed the required leadership steps and are officially being inducted into the chapter.
This ceremony marks the transition from simply accepting membership to actively earning it. Students who have completed their orientation, leadership training, and speaker broadcast requirements are recognized in front of their peers.
During the ceremony, we will:

Acknowledge inductees by name

Reflect briefly on what leadership means within our chapter

Administer the official NSLS induction oath

Present members with their induction certificates

The purpose of the ceremony is to celebrate commitment and follow-through. It creates a shared moment of recognition and reinforces the values of accountability, growth, and intentional leadership that define our chapter.
It’s a chance for members to pause, recognize their effort, and formally step into the community they’ve chosen to be part of.
