Move Your Mind, with Holistic Healing Practitioner and Guest Artist, Elizabeth Polito

Did you know that moving your body is also a tune-up for your mind? Join us for an exploration of how moving our bodies in new ways can strengthen our mind-body connection and boost our mental and physical wellness. Learn new techniques for using body movement to change the way we think and feel, resulting in increased brain power, greater connectedness to others, and a stronger sense of empowerment in our everyday lives.
This is a workshop for Every Body – no prior dance or movement training necessary! Just come with an open mind and come to play!

About Elizabeth Polito (bio):
Elizabeth Polito
Healing Practitioner / Certified Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 500 / Broadway Performer
Elizabeth Polito helps you heal and transform from the inside out. A former Broadway performer, Beth draws from over 25 years of experience in dance, yoga, healing, and energetics.
Beth is passionate about empowering and assisting others in personal transformation. She is a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 500), has been teaching yoga since 2010, and has close to 1000 hours of yoga training. She also has an active energy healing practice and holds certifications in multiple modalities. She has worked in the fields of self-development, stress management, higher awareness coaching, and holistic healing since 2004. She works with individuals and groups, both in person and online.
Having been a dancer and performer since the age of six, Beth holds a BA in Theatre and Dance from the University at Buffalo. She has performed in musicals on Broadway, across the US, and internationally. She is also an experienced teacher, who currently works with high school and college students, in addition to her work as a professional choreographer in the theatre and television industries.
