Virtual Event

James (Jim) Robinson ’82 ’84G is using his wealth of biopharma experience to assist in the development and production of a COVID-19 vaccine. Robinson is the scientific advisory board vice-chair for the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovation (CEPI), and principal, James Robinson Biologics Consulting. His expertise in vaccine production is the result of a career that has included time at Sanofi Pasteur, Novavax, and Merk, developing vaccines for Asian avian influenza A (H5N1), swine flu (H1N1), SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV), and Ebola. Now, he is assisting CEPI with its mission to accelerate COVID-19 vaccine candidates that have the potential to be developed rapidly and manufactured globally at scale.

Join us live as Jim helps us to understand the monumental effort taking place behind the scenes of the COVID-19 vaccine discovery and production.
