Mark Rajkowski '81 is a board director and executive advisor guiding Fortune 500 companies through transformation. Leveraging more than 30 years of combined C-suite and Big 4 leadership experience, Mark drives business growth and organizational change, creating shareholder value. He currently serves as Board Director and Chairman, Finance and Planning Committee, for ACCO Brands (NYSE: ACCO), and as Executive and Board Advisor for WestRock (NYSE: WRK). Mark interfaces with the board and senior leadership on strategy, capital allocation, corporate structuring, operational and shareholder matters.
For over a decade, Mark led MeadWestvaco's (MWV) global finance, strategy & corporate development, IT and shared services teams. He turned around growth and profit performance at MWV, reshaping the portfolio via M&A, restructuring, capital markets transactions and product portfolio changes, culminating in the successful merger with Rock Tenn in 2015, forming the $16B company, WestRock.
Prior to WestRock, Mark progressed through senior financial and operating roles with Eastman Kodak Company, becoming its General Manager World Wide Operations for the Digital & Film Imaging Systems Group, a newly created $9.2B business unit. Mark joined Kodak following his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as
Managing Partner, Upstate New York Technology Group, and Partner, Audit & Business Advisory Services.
Mark holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University, and he was a CPA licensed in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania for more than 15 years
