A general overview of what databases are and what makes up a basic SQL statement. We will go over how to make a query involving one or multiple tables, how to filter data, and common built-in functions that can be used today. This is ideally for beginners looking to create their own database queries or for those who want a refresher on SQL basics. Our main focus will be on the structure of a SELECT statement.
