This 60-minute drop-in workshop focuses on distress management with opportunities to talk about challenges, learn and practice coping skills, and gain support in navigating stressors. This specific workshop is one of four workshops that cycle through main topics to working with stress in your life. All workshops will be held virtually.

In this workshop, we will reflect on our own experience of overwhelming emotions and how we respond to them, and learn new ways of responding to our internal world.
