Dr Kenneth Andrews, as part of the Phi Beta Kappa Visiting Scholars program, will speak on lessons of hte civil rights movement and Black freedom struggle.  This talk focuses on challenges to conventional wisdom of the civil rights movements and argues that the more fundamental lessons are often buried or missing in mainstream discussion.
