Faculty and staff contribute to the career and professional development of undergraduate and graduate students. As a career connector on campus, it is important to understand the function of Lehigh’s exclusive career portfolios to promote students’ use of these tools during their degree program. The Center for Career & Professional Development (CCPD) has created three career portfolio tools to support the undergraduate, graduate, and recent alumni (within two years of graduation) populations at Lehigh. These portfolio tools empower individuals to identify key career action steps, connect to career resources/support, and track progress towards reaching their career goals. The first 30 minutes of this workshop will focus on Lehigh’s Undergraduate Career Portfolio and the last 30 minutes will focus on Lehigh’s Graduate Career Portfolio while the Alumni Career Portfolio will be mentioned in both halves. Faculty and staff are encouraged to join for the first half, second half, or for the full hour based on the student populations served.
