Lehigh University Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be having a practice held at a nearby BJJ gym (10th Planet Bethlehem). This practice will be from 2-4pm and will be a private, Lehigh-only class going over basic self-defense techniques. Both beginners and experienced are welcome!
Attire --> T-shirt and shorts!
Practice is free for all first-timers! For returners, there is $10 due for non-gym members and $5 due for 10P gym members!
