The Research for Impact Working Group is delighted to invite the entire campus community to a Research Symposium this coming Monday, October 10 from 12:00 to 5:00 pm.  The Symposium will feature presentations of ideas for strategic research investments from approximately 40 faculty teams.

There will be two concurrent sessions, one in STEPS 101, the other in Packard Lab 466 – please see the SCHEDULE for a list of speakers and topics.  You are welcome to attend either or both sessions, for as little or as long as you like. Please stop by!

Our working group has been asked to identify five to eight “areas in which to develop excellence in research that will elevate Lehigh reputationally and intellectually to achieve national and international distinction”.  We invited faculty from across the university to submit ideas for research investment consistent with this charge, and we hope that you will join us to hear about the amazing work being conducted and planned at Lehigh.
