Each staff member at Lehigh plays a role in the maintenance and enhancement of a diverse and inclusive work environment and community.  Inclusion Insights is part of our Cornerstones of Community track and is a requirement for all staff and supervisors.

This workshop will show you how to use creativity and innovation (one of Lehigh’s Success Factors) to contribute to our Equitable Community by seeking different perspectives, new ideas, knowledge and experiences. Inclusion Insights incorporates the diversity expertise of Dr. Steve Robbins, gifted speaker and story teller.
