Say I love you to recycling this Valentine's Day by learning more about its impact on your life and the planet around you. Feel free to bring your lunch to this casual lunch and learn. Tabling will be available at both the STEPS Concourse and UC Upper as early as 11am, with lunch beginning at 12pm in STEPS 102.

This event is a part of Recyclemania 2019, a national competition aimed to inspire, empower, and mobilize colleges and universities to benchmark and improve efforts to reduce or eliminate waste. Our theme for this year’s competition is Zero Contamination Recycling; the global state of recycling as well as tightening restrictions on recyclable materials require us as a community to drastically reduce our contamination of recyclables.
