A peer-led support group for graduate students, led by two graduate students in the Counseling Psychology program. Our group is collaborative, with a focus on exchanging ideas about coping skills, brainstorming activities that may reduce stress and anxiety, and talking about how to maintain community during this time. These groups are super informal, just a way to check in with each other and share this experience. All graduate students are welcome!
