Mindfulness practice can take the form of anything that helps you tune into your present moment experience with gentle curiosity and self-compassion, and can be a way of showing yourself love, respect, and care. Taking this time to turn your attention inward has been shown to increase focus, soothe difficult feelings, and make space to connect with people and things that are important to you. So whether you're a beginner or an expert, UCPS invites you to start where you are and join us in exploring different mindfulness practices during Wellness week.
