About this Event
The Eco Rep Leadership Program and Food Carbon Footprint Project will give an informational powerpoint about one's food carbon footprint, and initiatives going on in the dining halls that can help minimize it. After, attendees will be able to participate in a craft-your-own salad dressing event, to encourage eating foods that produce a lower comparative amount of carbon emissions!
