Faculty, Staff, and Grad Student Workshop: Identifying Gender Bias in the Workplace | Center for Gender Equity

Because gender is all around us, it shows up in the behaviors, practices, and infrastructure of our daily work. Additionally, we know that we all have biases. Sometimes, however, we don’t know which ones we have or how those biases may be influencing our behaviors. Facilitators guide participants in conversations about where and how gender shows up in a workplace setting, allow participants to engage in scenarios (provided by facilitators), and develop tools for mitigating and removing bias.  Page Up Learning Library Credited.
