 k about the Tennessee Valley Authority\, the services they provide\, their
  generation mix\, and how power generation organizations have had to pivot
  over the years as environmental regulations and public opinion have chang
 ed.\n\nShe will discuss her background and experiences as a woman in the p
 ower generation industry and how she has had to pivot to adjust to challen
 ges and opportunities over her career.\n\nShe will also share her passion 
 for inclusion and employee engagement and showing up as our true self whil
 e "Daring to Lead" whether we are in a formal or informal leadership role.
 \n\n      \nBio: Ms. White has been with the Tennessee Valley Authority (T
 VA) since 2005 in various roles\, including the operation and maintenance 
 of nuclear\, coal\, gas\, and hydro generation facilities\, as well as fle
 et support roles in corporate safety\, business planning\, engineering\, a
 nd technology.  Before joining TVA\, she worked for Southern Company for 1
 6 years at Farley Nuclear Plant where she held a Senior Reactor Operators 
 License from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.  She has a B.S. in Electri
 cal Engineering from the University of Alabama. \n\n \n\nAs the General Ma
 nager of Field Services\, she is responsible for overseeing work managemen
 t\, outage planning and execution\, technology support\, and key business 
 processes for TVA’s coal\, gas\, and hydro fleet.  Dana is passionate ab
 out leadership and employee development and is currently involved with an 
 initiative offering Dare to Lead Workshops to improve employee engagement 
 and further inclusion with diversity at TVA.
