Conflict is a routine part of everyone's life.  Not only do we live it, but conflict and its resolution lie at the heart of our most revered stories.  Yet most people fear and even avoid conflict largely because we are rarely taught how to approach it. In addition to an overview of the Ombuds at Lehigh this workshop, we will explore our conflict styles, learn how and when to use them and engage in a brief role play to explore our skills (and learn new ones).
