Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science, Disruptive Engineers is a 7-week seminar course for Lehigh students with an accompanying guest speaker series hosted by Samantha Walravens that is free and open to alumni and friends of the University. The series features the masterminds building cutting-edge technologies like LiDAR and robotic vision for autonomous vehicles, big data/AI, quantum computing, blockchain, nanotechnology, and more!
Liz Maida discusses next-generation approaches to enterprise security. Liz is the founder of Uplevel Security, the industry’s first adaptive system of intelligence that uses graph theory and machine learning to modernize security operations. She was formerly a senior director at Akamai Technologies and served in multiple executive roles focused on technology strategy and new product development. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Princeton University and dual master’s degrees in Computer Science and Engineering Systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
