Dan Basca '06, G'07 is a tax partner with KPMG. His work focuses on accounting, tax and structuring consultation related to complex merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Dan is the co-founder of KPMG’s Partnership Transaction Group and serves as the national tax leader for KPMG’s joint accounting and tax special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”) team. Dan also serves on Lehigh University’s Accounting Program Advisory Board.
