Let's weave together community-based participatory research, housing policy and data, and cabaret.
Let’s imagine a future where everyone is housed and co-create a beautiful future full of donuts holes and line dancing.
Let’s share true stories and daydream beautiful futures.
Partnering with artists to co-create vibrant and imaginative community engaged research can transform communities. This participatory colloquium will provide attendees with a new framework for thinking about community partnership and facilitation of community-engaged processes. Using The Most Beautiful Home…Maybe as a case study, we will walk through an extended engagement and research process.
Yes, there will be acronyms. Yes, there will be data/research. And if the timing works out …. there will be some delightful shared visions of a beautiful future where housing is a guarantee. There may also be time travel, torch songs, and a few surprisingly simple but highly effective methods of collecting data.
