Rathbone & Brodhead Dining Halls

Help achieve our overarching goal of reducing food waste by joining Lehigh Dining for a Back to the Roots Dinner, where we use every part of each ingredient from root to stem.

This event is a part of Recyclemania 2019, a national competition aimed to inspire, empower, and mobilize colleges and universities to benchmark and improve efforts to reduce or eliminate waste. Our theme for this year’s competition is Zero Contamination Recycling; the global state of recycling as well as tightening restrictions on recyclable materials require us as a community to drastically reduce our contamination of recyclables.
