In preparation for the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah, we will be picking apples! We will have some sweet apples, learn about the Jewish holiday, and introduce students to Lehigh Hillel and the Lehigh Office of Jewish Student Life. We will also be donating some of the apples we pick to people in need of fresh fruit and food, and we will also talk about hunger in the community and how we can combat food insecurity.
