Stephen Vladeck a professor of law at the Georgetown University Law Center and is a nationallt recognized expert on the federal courts, consitutional law, national security law, and military justice. He is the author of New York Times bestsellig book, "The Shadow Docket," which is up for the 2024 ABA Silver Gavel Award for Media and the Arts. Stephen will be discussing the inner workings of SCOTS and tyhe 5th circuit.
